Prevention of Alzheimer’s
There are several ways to prevent Alzheimer’s disease. In big ways, Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease with Healthy Living and Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease with Lifestyle Changes.
For healthy living, we can treat our live with quality daily activity such as eating right, healthy diet, lessen and quitting smoking (if you do). Hypertension, cholesterol and stroke are what have to treat well and right to prevent Alzheimer’s. Physically protect our brain and head, psychologically keep out of depression.
Beside that, prevention of Alzheimer’s with make good lifestyle. Do regular exercise at least twice per week. Keep your environment clean and fresh. Smoking and drinking alcohol is bad behavior if you want to prevent Alzheimer’s. Having enough sleep and keep your mind fresh can lessen the possibility of Alzheimer’s.
All those tips were outlined by Dr Daniel Amen in his PBS presentation and his book Change Your Brain Change Your Life, published by Three Rivers Press in December, 1999.
