Today is not a strange to see when the woman becomes a leader. Whether at school, at the office, at home, in government and others sector. Women going more exist in the various sectors of the previous life (until now) that dominated by men. Prominent women leaders have emerged from the first era. Until the female figure, which is currently a concern in the USA, Hillary Clinton. To build a tough and dominant character like them sometimes not easy. Mindset and culture about the position and role of women in life take important part in this case.
George Washington University offers an academic program to establish the character of woman leader. This leadership program called Elizabeth J Somers Women’s Leadership Program (WLP). This program bring issues about women’s leadership, its nature, its expressions, and its exercise in various intellectual, Artistic, social, political, and technological contexts. WLP Covered 4 (four) class play about arts and culture, development (in the economics of specified), politics and science.
As a year-long program, WLP’s student will be attending classes and participate in the seminar. The student also will live in dormitories on the Mount Vernon Campus.
